According to Article 2 of the "Huachuan Group's Gas Supply Pricing Plan" attached to the "Minutes of the Consultative Meeting on Gas Supply Pricing of Yinan Central Heating Project" on March 9, 2016, the price adjustment method: for every 30 yuan/ton increase or decrease in coal price, the heating price will increase or decrease 5 yuan/ton accordingly, and no adjustment will be made for less than 30 yuan.
At present, our company purchased 5000 kcal standard coal price in October 14, 2016 on the basis of the price adjustment notice increased by more than 100 yuan/ton, and has been for some time, the current stage of coal prices continue to show an upward trend, the surrounding counties and cities with heat prices have risen. According to the price adjustment method, the heating price at all levels will be increased by 15 yuan/ton on the basis of the price adjustment notice on October 14, 2016.

The price adjustment notice is effective from 8 a.m. on November 25, 2016.
Note:1, in 2016, according to the government plan to eliminate the boiler access to the central heating pipeline, the steam price in each level of the benchmark price discount of 10 yuan/ton;
22, from January 1, 2017, all centralized steam supply users shall implement the price plan in the above table, and adjust it according to the coal steam action mechanism.
